About Me: Hi, I’m Jon and I’m a math and science professional with passions for music, therapeutic touch, personal growth, and enjoying the outdoors. I have been a certified Cuddle Party facilitator since 2010 and I regularly host safe and fun spaces where people can experience much-needed comfort and touch. One of my favorite things about cuddle parties is just how much you can learn about yourself and grow yourself when you take on the communication model we use. There’s some profound stuff happening here amidst the snuggles!

Favorite Cuddle Party Rule: You don’t have to cuddle anyone at a cuddle party ever. This is the foundation of the freedom and autonomy that we’re all about. We all get to choose.

What I got out of Cuddle Party personally: As an attendee, I get space to really dig deep in recognizing what I desire. As a facilitator, I get the thrill of helping an event take-off and become something larger than myself, and the privilege of watching everyone around me learn and explore in the most amazing ways. Plus, I could have sure used a cuddle party 10 years ago, and the next best thing to hopping in a time machine and giving it to myself is giving it to others right now.
