Favorite Cuddle Party Rule: #6 – You are encouraged to change your mind. When living in present moment, each moment is new and fresh, so what may have been fine in one moment, may change and not be what you desire in the next. Cool!

What I got out of Cuddle Party personally: The biggest lesson I have learnt is that there is actually a difference between healthy affection and having to go all the way if you do decide to hug /cuddle a man. Learning how to say exactly what I do and don’t want gave me permission and allowed me to know that I could control my experience and not let “what I was lead to believe” rule my actions. I did have a choice.
