About Me: I feel so privileged to say my first Cuddle Party was with Reid Mihalko, at a camp he runs, in the summer of 2015. Then in the spring of 2016 I attended my second Cuddle Party in Chicago with Madelon Guinazzo. I was reminded how energizing and connecting a Cuddle Party is. I was floating on a cloud for a few days after. I went back the next month and declared before I left that I was going to become a facilitator. I jumped into training later that month. I happen to really enjoy getting to know people while cuddling during Cuddle Parties. It’s probably my favorite way to learn about someone.

Favorite Cuddle Party Rule: My favorite rule used to be that if I’m a maybe I need to say no. But that has started to change. Now it is that it is ok to change my mind. I find myself in situations at times where my gut says it doesn’t feel right. I’ve been afraid to break my commitments. As much as I hate breaking those commitments, I know my gut is telling me something and now I’m not afraid to follow it.

What I got out of Cuddle Party personally: Cuddle Party has given me a new confidence. I live the rules of Cuddle Party and I’m a stronger person. I hold boundaries better. I communicate my needs better. Overall, I’m just a much more confident version of who I was before Cuddle Party.

Who I am as a Cuddle Party Facilitator / What you'll find at my Cuddle Parties: I’m told I am a person that makes other feels very comfortable. I think I am able to do that because I believe in being very authentic. When I share my vulnerability with others they tend to share their vulnerability with me. I feel very honored that people feel confident in my ability to hold safe space for them. I love what I do.
