About Me: I’ve been leading Cuddle Parties since 2007 in both California and Arizona. After many years as the Controller/CFO of various financial institutions, with ample opportunities to hone my facilitation skills, I left Corporate America in March 2001 to pursue a career as a yoga teacher. Well, one thing led to another and I ended up becoming an intimacy and consciousness coach. This plus running the home-based businesses, Young Living Essential Oils, Shelf Reliance, and Legal Shield keeps me busy enjoying my connections with people all the time!

Favorite Cuddle Party Rule: 2. You don’t have to cuddle anyone at a Cuddle Party, ever. I love the concept that your presence is participation. I think it’s so important for people to develop a sense of self-sovereignty especially around intimate interactions of any kind.
