Favorite Cuddle Party Rule: #6 You are encouraged to change your mind. I love how this honors the fact that consent is moment by moment experience of people being in their truth with each other. It keeps things real and reminds me that no matter where I am I can always respectfully and lovingly speak and be in my truth.

What I got out of Cuddle Party personally: The simplicity of the rules brings out so much learning once they are put together. I love how I get to practice my communication skills and feel for my edges in a safe way.
