About Me: I am passionate about creating and holding space for people to feel safe and deeply nurtured. For most of my life, I’ve sought out different ways to explore and study human connection. I am trained in Tantra, Vedic Meditation, and Psychology, earning my Masters in Spiritual Psychology, at the University of Santa Monica. I’ve spent the last 12 years studying tantra and am currently in Dawn Cartwright’s teacher training program. Cuddling is alchemy for the spirit and can provide endless emotional and physical benefits, as well as deep relaxation and comfort on a spiritual level.

Favorite Cuddle Party Rule: Rule #6 – You are encouraged to change your mind. It is freeing to know that in any moment I can do and ask for something different. This is living in the moment.

What I got out of Cuddle Party personally: Cuddling has offered me a way to co-create an environment for others to experience connected, non-sexual intimacy through physical touch and affection.

Who I am as a Cuddle Party Facilitator / What you’ll find at my Cuddle Parties: I’ve been told my whole life that I have a gentle presence and the natural ability to make people feel comfortable, relaxed, and safe. I think it’s because I encourage people to show up and express themselves just as they are.
