At Cuddle Party, we know that you have been wanting to create more healthy connections in your life. We give you some tools to practice good communication, figure out what you want and practice asking for it. You don’t have to be alone. Come be with us!
THREE and HALF HOURS? YES, PLEASE!
Folks have been asking for even MORE time for those juicy connections. So we are delivering.
Please do come prepared to sit with us for the entire time. We will take breaks. 🙂
INTENTION
6:05pm CDT Opening Circle starts. Please be on time. This will be a closed container, latecomers not admitted. The Cuddle Party Workshop sets up our communication agreements and helps us get to know each other. We will also have some exercises to help us practice communication skills and get comfortable together with each other.
Open Connection time – We will have an hour or more of open time to see what comes up, what you want to talk about and practice how you want to connect.
Closing Circle – we will finish with a full closing circle.
I will present the opening Welcome Circle and the Closing Circle exactly as I do at an in-person event so you can get the full experience. I have some options for guided visualizations and exercises that help us to connect well virtually.
