Cuddle Party Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization.
Cuddle Party Inc.’s mission is to nurture honest human connections by
- Creating opportunities to explore, learn and practice embodied communication;
- Supporting an inclusive community of practice; and
- Promoting accountability to core values of bodily-autonomy, self-determination and kindness.
What we do at Cuddle Party Inc.
We are folks just like you who have discovered that we need connection, cuddling and support too, so we decided to step up and help others to offer that.
We help train facilitators to be able to create safer, supportive spaces to give YOU and ME an opportunity to learn and practice communication skills, embodied empowerment, break through bad cultural programming and actually get some of the connection and touch we all need to thrive and be our best self.
We also help educate the public on what Cuddle Party is and why you would want to attend.
CPI supports multiple communities:
FACILITATORS
- We train and support our facilitators in the FOF and our certified facilitators specifically for Cuddle Parties.
- We help lead online community peer engagement for facilitators
- Newsletter with engaging, useful information to help support your facilitation practice
- We offer tools for facilitators to engage with their participants, like our events page and facilitator listing as well as a CuddleParty.org google workspace, booking calendar and email account.
PARTICIPANTS
- Online community for participants through our FB, Instagram pages and email newsletter
- Ambassador training for participants who want to level up their Cuddle Party engagement, recieve some extra info and hook into CPI
- Organizer/Assistant training to help our folks who want to make Cuddle Parties happen, but do not want to be the one facilitating.
PUBLIC
- We help educate the Public on what Cuddle Party is – through this website and general marketing.
- Engage with inquiries from the public and media to get the word out about Cuddle Party and send participants to our facilitators.
How do we do it?
Administration
Executive Director, Administrative Assistant, and Financial Officer are working to keep CPI compliant with all appropriate laws and maintain our 501(c)3 status as well as keep us fiscally accountable.
We will be seeking grant writers and fundraising specialists to add to the team. msorensen@cuddleparty.org
Training Delivery Team
The Training Delivery team supports our facilitators going through the training now. Experienced facilitators and trainers lead weekly support calls and discussion groups for both FOF and CPFC courses. Our Training team helps you through every step of the process. This is your success team and we are here to support you.
Community Care
The Diversity, Inclusion and Community Care Team supports our Facilitators and participants through any concerns or struggles you may have. Our Community Care team also helps keep us accountable to our integrity and values agreements. Concerns@cuddleparty.org
Training Development Team
The Training Development team is working on upgrading the training and all of our educational materials. We are always learning ourselves and we will incorporate that into our training content.
We are currently working on some new offerings, coming soon:
- Organizer/Assistant training
- Welcome Circle updates
- Repair process and developing Your own Community Care team
- Ambassador (Cuddle Enthusiast) Training
- Communication/Consent ideals and values for the workplace
Engagement, Marketing, Promotion
- Cuddle Party email newsletter for facilitators and another for participants.
- Blog articles on the website.
- Posting articles and highlights on Social media.
- Working with our facilitators and participants to provide value and support their engagement in Cuddle Party.

IT support
Our IT Team keeps the website, our Contact database and our Google Workspace running for us so we can organize our work, keep our data appropriately and keep in contact with you.
Board of Directors
Cuddle Party Inc. Board of Directors oversees the Executive Director and helps insure that Cuddle Party Inc. is fulfilling its responsibilities and acting in accordance with our Mission, Vision and values.
