Favorite Cuddle Party Rule: Rule #2 : You don't have to cuddle anyone at a Cuddle Party, ever. Sometimes , I like to cuddle. Sometimes I do not. It's nice to know I can be with people at a Cuddle Party and there are no expectations for me to do anything.

What I got out of Cuddle Party personally: Becoming a facilitator has helped me find my voice. In all areas of my life, I am more easily and consistently honoring my Yes's and No's.
