What worked in your facilitation of the Welcome Circle? What was positive about your interactions and discussions with participants?
What did you do well, or have room for improvement, in managing the communication with the participants, listing the event, managing tickets or donations, education of participants and appropriate information exchange before and after the event. Self care before and after. Space management – set up and clean up. Any insights from your experience with all of the logistical elements before and after?
