About Me: Peace, Ease and Spaciousness. These qualities are so important to me that I have them stenciled on my living room wall. Integrity and honesty are also key values for me that I aspire to and look for in others. I live in San Diego and have been a community organizer, teacher and facilitator for close to 20 years. I am thrilled to add Cuddle Parties to my resume. Summers usually find me travelling abroad connecting with progressive, like-minded people to teach, learn and share ideas.
Favorite Cuddle Party Rule: My favorite rule is always different so don’t be surprised if I change my mind (rule 6). Today, I really like rule 4 “If you’re a YES to an invitation, say YES. If you’re a No, say NO.” I particular I like the YES. There is a lot of emphasis in Cuddle Party on knowing and owning your NO. It is also very important to own you’re YES, to allow yourself to ask for and receive the connection you want.
What I got out of Cuddle Party personally: I did not enjoy my first cuddle party. When we got to the end of the opening circle and it was time for me to ask for what I wanted, I went blank. I had given up on my wants, needs and desires so long before I couldn’t access them. Over a period of time I have begun to slowly unpack the stuffed desires. Now I look forward to finding new ways to connect with myself and others.
Who I am as a Cuddle Party Facilitator / What you'll find at my Cuddle Parties: As a facilitator you will find me pretty laid back and relaxed. I am thrilled to be able to attend cuddle parties on a regular basis and happy to invite you to come along. I generally hold the cuddle parties in my home. You will find a supportive container to explore your edge for connection and communication.
