Favorite Cuddle Party Rule: So hard to pick a favorite! But the rule that I think has impacted me most over the years has been: “If you’re a maybe, say no.”

What I got out of Cuddle Party personally: Cuddle Parties have been a place where I could practice speaking up for what kind of touch and connection I wanted. Having a safe space to relax, to be playful, to explore with others, to share and learn from others have been such a gift. It’s why I wanted to become a facilitator.
