What I got out of Cuddle Party personally: Cuddle Party saved my life. I was 26 years old when I first learned how to feel safe in my own body and the skills I learned at Cuddle Party are the reason why. At Cuddle Party, I learned to say “no”. I learned to face my fear of rejection. I learned to have a sense of playfulness and curiosity about who I am, where my lines are, and what I’m capable of. Without those skills, I never would have gone to college, become an RN, become a Druid Priestess. Learning to feel safe in my own body was a foundation I needed to go out and be me in the world. Becoming a Cuddle Party facilitator has been a foundation upon which I base how I do leadership and show up in my communities.

Who I am as a Cuddle Party Facilitator / What you'll find at my Cuddle Parties: As a facilitator, I hold the space as set forth by the rules so that you can feel held and free to explore whatever feelings and boundaries come up for you within them. I will probably be wearing bunny slippers while I do so.
